The GPU version of ABACUS reports an error indicating the process has not been assigned to K points. #6657

Describe the bug
When using the GPU version of ABACUS, setting the number of processes (np) greater than the number of k-points × kpar × bndpar ,will cause the running.log to report the following error(picture 1), which is also displayed in the warning.log(picture 2):
