License missing copyright notice and MIT license text

Hi VS Code PM here 👋

It looks like the deepnote extension incorporates code from the VS Code Jupyter extension which uses MIT license. MIT requires preservation of the copyright notice and license text in derivative works. Removing all references to Microsoft from the LICENSE file does not comply with those terms.

Let me know if I misunderstood something. Or feel free to reach out to inikolic@microsoft.com so we discuss this more.

@isidorn Moved issue to the right repo, the other doesn't contain the relevant code. Looks like we deleted it here c816423#diff-c693279643b8cd5d248172d9c22cb7cf4ed163a3c98c8a3f69c2717edd3eacb7 and didn't leave original copyright there. Genuine mistake and I'll fix it now.
