[Bug] 桌面版 0.2.1-rc.2 / Windows：workspace-write 下所有 shell 命令 0xC0000142（独立复现）

DeepSeek Harness 桌面版 0.2.1-rc.2（Windows 11 26100.9711）在 workspace-write 下，任何 shell 命令都立刻失败：

同一会话切到 danger-full-access 后，同一条命令立即正常。这是 #810、#10066、#8420 的同一个已知问题，本帖补充一组独立复现数据，方便确认它在 0.2.1-rc.2 上仍然存在。

复现

• Write-Output "ok" → (no output) / [exit code: 3221225794]
• 前台、后台、任意命令、任意工作目录，结果完全一致。
• 同一会话切 danger-full-access → 立即正常：中文输出、写文件、git、winget 全部可用。
• 重启 DSH（不是重启系统）后现象不变。

已核实排除

• 不是 PowerShell 的问题：本机完全没有安装 PowerShell 7，回落到系统 5.1 一样失败；社区报告里 PS 7.6.4 / 7.6.6 / 7.6.7 也都失败。
• 不是工作区 ACL 的问题：工作区根目录已经带有预期的三类条目——Everyone:(CI)(DENY)(DC)、能力 SID S-1-4-…:(OI)(CI)(W,D,DC)、Mandatory Label\Low Mandatory Level:(OI)(CI)(NW)；没有外来的 AppContainer 包 SID。
• 不是安装损坏 / 重装能解决的：既往报告已试过重装、换安装盘、安装 PS7，均无效；本机重启 DSH 同样无效。
• 失败时没有 stdout / stderr，也没有 windows-acl-run: 签名、没有 WER 事件——与 [Bug] Windows: sandboxed pwsh always dies with 0xC0000142 under console-less host (desktop launch path) #810 的描述一致，说明子进程创建后死在 loader 初始化阶段。

额外线索（不确定是否相关）

这台机器此前出现过一次 DSH 异常：历史消息全部丢失，重启后恢复。按社区结论（#810 / #10066），0xC0000142 是 runner 启动方式与受限令牌层面的结构性问题，和那次异常应该没有因果关系，这里只作记录。

期望

• 短期：失败时能识别 3221225794，给出「宿主无控制台 + ACL 沙箱」或 SANDBOX_UNAVAILABLE 这类可诊断提示，而不是裸退出码。
• 中期：修复 dsh-sandbox-windows-acl 的 runner 启动方式（Windows: confined commands die with 0xC0000142 because the sandbox runner is the Electron (GUI-subsystem) binary #10066 里已验证的两个方向：启动 runner 前 AllocConsole()，或改用控制台子系统的 node.exe）。
