TL;DR
I run a personal agent workflow on DeepSeek Harness (DSH) on a Windows machine. I've pulled out the reusable pieces and open-sourced them: 4 plugins + 2 skills.
Background
DSH is a local agent harness. My setup has grown into a small system: memory files, a commitment ledger, a watchdog, a phone dashboard, image generation, document writing. Most of it is machine-specific, but a few parts are generic enough to be useful to others.
Projects
Plugins (drop into your DSH plugins directory)
1. dsh-capability-nudge — capability trigger reminders
On every user message, matches the text against a capability ledger. On a hit, injects a short reminder suggesting the right tool. On a miss, returns the turn untouched — the prompt prefix (and cache hit rate) is preserved.
2. dsh-recall — memory recall
Before each turn, runs a retrieval script and appends relevant past memories to the tail of the message list (never the system prompt). Ships in dryRun mode so you can inspect what would be injected.
3. dsh-modeltrace — model fingerprint verification
A background checker that verifies whether the model answering you is the one you expect, using numeric probes. Supports scheduling, a gate (warn/block), and an optional HUD. Design adapted from ModelTrace (MIT), credited in the README.
4. dsh-deep-sea — side-panel mini-game
Guide a whale girl down an endless deep sea; light bullets fire toward the cursor, collect light motes to survive. Pure canvas, no external assets.
Skills
5. dsh-cache-audit — prompt-cache audit
Finds files that change every turn and break the cached prefix. DeepSeek bills cached input far cheaper than uncached, and there's no local knob — the only lever is not breaking the prefix.
6. arch-code-check — architectural code lookup
Quick reference and drawing self-check for landscape-architecture coursework: clear heights, areas, evacuation, accessibility, line types and sheet sizes. References follow Chinese national standards (GB).
Usage
Each repo README covers features, configuration (env vars), installation and dependencies. Plugins go into your DSH plugin folder and get enabled in
cordis.patch.yml; skills go into~/.dsh/skills/.License & provenance
MIT. Known sources are credited (see Acknowledgements in each repo). If you believe material here reproduces your work without attribution, please open an issue — we will add credit or remove it (see the Provenance & Takedown section).
