宽度档位按钮改为贴边收缩成显示档位的蓝色竖条，悬停展开成圆形，彻底避开消息发送按钮并消除悬停抖动。

The width picker now collapses to a docked blue bar that shows the current tier, expands on hover into the round button, and no longer covers the send button or flickers.
