The screenshot shows the dialog but not the underlying error text, so it's hard to triage precisely. Can you share three things?

1. The exact error string (from the dialog, or better, the terminal/console where dsh web is running — that's usually where the real stack trace lands).
2. The steps that lead to it: which preset/agent, what was running when you pressed pause, and whether it's a one-off or reproducible.
3. dsh --version and platform.

Off the top of my head, "pause" errors usually come from the agent-loop interrupt/abort path (dsh-agent-loop) — a pause mid-tool-call can surface as an abort that a tool handler doesn't handle gracefully. With the console trace I can pinpoint whether it's the loop, a tool handler, or the session layer, and give you a concrete workaround or a patch.
