DSH on Windows: Node.js Proxy Setup

If DSH doesn't use your system proxy, and you're using Node.js 24.x, set the following environment variables:

$env:NODE_USE_ENV_PROXY="1"
$env:HTTP_PROXY="http://127.0.0.1:xxxx"
$env:HTTPS_PROXY="http://127.0.0.1:xxxx"
$env:NO_PROXY="localhost,127.0.0.1"

pnpm dsh web

Tested and working with DSH 0.1.0-rc.5 + Node.js v24.14.0.

The key is NODE_USE_ENV_PROXY=1; setting HTTP_PROXY/HTTPS_PROXY alone may not be enough for Node's fetch().
