Sharing timwhitez/dsh-self-evolving: a standard DSH Cordis plugin/service that turns self-improvement into an auditable pipeline instead of a black box.

What it does:

• Generates bounded Cordis plugin candidates in a networkless proposer sandbox.
• Admits each candidate through a one-shot, isolated real Cordis Loader.
• Evaluates admitted candidates with Harbor and normalizes results fail-closed.
• Journals every external action before launch and reconciles exactly once after restart, so a crashed run resumes instead of restarting.

Current verification (v0.2.0): 291 unit tests + 36 no-key real-Loader E2E tests, stable K=3 iteration, and ENGINEERING_EFFECT_VERIFIED on a preregistered fixed-replay solve mode while the propose control stayed unchanged.

Claim boundary: this is an engineering release, not a benchmark claim — no Terminal-Bench score improvement, sealed promotion, leaderboard result, or SOTA.
