第三方 bundle 双实例依赖缺少防护导致 deepseek-harness 工具调度崩溃

崩溃会导致 deepseek-harness 无法启动或者无法对话，没办法使用 DSH 自查寻找问题，今天搞了大半天，重装了 deepseek-harness 好几次才定位到。

第三方 bundle 若把 @deepseek-ai/dsh-tools 声明为 dependencies 而非 peerDependencies，dsh plugin add 会在 profile 里装出第二份实例，导致所有工具调用（含内置 pwsh）崩溃，报 Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'prepare')。

根因

1. pnpm 把 dsh-tools 装进 profiles/<name>/node_modules（副本）。
2. 宿主 junction 在父级 profiles/node_modules，Node 就近解析时 bundle 命中了副本。
3. 副本与宿主是两个模块实例，TOOL_RUNTIME_SCHEDULER 是模块顶层 Symbol，两枚互不互通。
4. agent-loop 用宿主 Symbol 查 ctx.tools[TOOL_RUNTIME_SCHEDULER] 得 undefined，.prepare() 崩溃。

排查

• 安装阶段零报错，pluginInventory 里两个插件行都显示 active。
• 报错信息 Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'prepare') 与依赖重复毫无关联，指向了工具调度内部。
• 官方文档已写明「内置组合包名称始终从 dsh 安装目录本身解析，pnpm 只管理树外的包」，但没有明确警告第三方 bundle 若把 @deepseek-ai/* 当 dependencies 会触发双实例。
• 尝试复现：package.json 里 "dependencies": { "@deepseek-ai/dsh-tools": ">=0.1.0-rc.6" }，代码 import { defineTool } from '@deepseek-ai/dsh-tools'，dsh plugin add 后调用任意工具即崩。卸载后恢复。

建议

1. dsh plugin 安装后检测 profile 里与宿主重名的 @deepseek-ai/*，命中即警告。
2. 调度器捕获到 TOOL_RUNTIME_SCHEDULER 为 undefined 时，提示"疑似重复安装"而非裸报 reading 'prepare'。
3. 文档补一句：@deepseek-ai/* 运行时包必须用 peerDependencies。
