我开发 DSH ExpMem，是为了给个人开发任务补一层长期经验记忆。安装后，DSH Agent 可以保存用户习惯、任务经验和工程洞见，也能按需检索以前的完整会话。

记忆分层

ExpMem 参考 MemGPT，把长期记忆分成两层：

• Recall Storage：复用 DSH Session JSONL 和 session-query。原始会话继续由 DSH 保存，ExpMem 不复制事件。
• Archive Storage：每条习惯、经验或洞见对应一个 JSON 文件。你可以直接检查、编辑、备份和版本管理。

上下文压力达到 70% 时，ExpMem 会在 DSH Compaction 前提醒当前 Agent 搜索已有记录，并最多保存三条高价值经验。如果上下文直接越过阈值，Agent 会根据 Compaction 记录的事件范围，从 Recall 取回原始消息后补做晋升。

这个过程使用当前 Agent，不需要常驻 Worker、独立总结模型、Embedding 服务或额外 API Key。

与 DSH 的集成

npm 包自带 cordis.patch.yml。DSH 安装 bundle 后会加载：

• session-query-sqlite 和 tool-session-query
• expmem_search、expmem_write、expmem_forget
• 基于 DSH Token Meter 的压缩前晋升提示

项目通过 Cordis、System Prompt、Tool 和 agent/pre-step 扩展点接入，没有修改 DSH Agent Loop。

导入 Claude Code 与 Codex 记忆

先预览，再执行导入：

CLI 默认读取：

• Claude Code：~/.claude/projects/**/memory/*.md
• Codex：$CODEX_HOME/memories/**/*.md

CLI 会保存来源 Agent、原始路径和 SHA-256。重复执行时，它会跳过未变化的文件，并原位更新已变化的记录。源文件保持不变。

当前范围

Archive 目前使用不区分大小写的字面 AND 搜索。项目没有引入向量检索、后台 LLM 总结器或语义去重模型；Recall 的保留与删除继续交给 DSH 会话持久化处理。

v0.4.0: Generative experience memory

DSH ExpMem v0.4.0 is available.

This release combines two memory designs:

• MemGPT supplies the storage model: DSH Session history as Recall, local JSON records as the Archive, and pressure-aware promotion before compaction.
• Generative Agents supplies the cognitive layer: importance, recency and relevance retrieval, plus reflections that cite their source memories.

What changed

• Memory records now carry importance (1-10) and lastAccessedAt.
• expmem_search ranks results by normalized recency, importance, and literal relevance.
• Insight records can store reflection: { question, sourceMemoryIds }; ExpMem rejects missing sources, self-links, and cycles.
• After unreflected memories reach 30 importance points, the current agent receives one reflection notice and may write higher-level insight candidates. This adds no second model call or background worker.
• Context preservation still takes priority when compaction pressure and reflection pressure occur together.

Existing 0.2.x and Schema v1 records continue to load. Claude Code and Codex imports remain idempotent.

这个版本把两套记忆设计组合到一起：

• MemGPT 负责存储与调度：DSH Session 历史作为 Recall，本地 JSON 记录作为 Archive，并在压缩前触发记忆晋升。
• Generative Agents 负责认知流程：记录重要性，按相关性、新近度和重要性检索，并形成带来源引用的 reflection。

本次更新

• 记忆记录新增 importance（1-10）和 lastAccessedAt。
• expmem_search 按归一化的新近度、重要性和字面相关性排序。
• insight 可以保存 reflection: { question, sourceMemoryIds }；ExpMem 会拒绝来源缺失、自引用和环路。
• 未反思记忆累计达到 30 个 importance 点后，当前 Agent 会收到一次 reflection 提示，并可以写入更高层的 insight candidate。整个过程不增加第二次模型调用或后台 Worker。
• 上下文压缩压力和 reflection 压力同时出现时，ExpMem 优先保全当前上下文。

现有 0.2.x 和 Schema v1 记录可以继续读取，Claude Code 与 Codex 的记忆导入仍保持幂等。

v0.5.0：持久化 Reflection Run / Persistent Reflection Runs

DSH ExpMem v0.5.0 已发布。

这个版本将 v0.4.0 中由提示词驱动的 Reflection，升级为可持久化、可恢复的长期记忆工作流：

• 重要性累计达到阈值后，ExpMem 会创建文件持久化的 Reflection Run，并依次经历 pending → prepared → completed 状态。
• 主 Agent 先提出 1–3 个值得反思的高层问题，ExpMem 再针对每个问题按时近性、重要性和相关性检索证据。
• Agent 提交的高层洞见会作为带明确来源引用的候选记忆写回 Archive。
• Reflection Run 可跨进程重启和后续轮次恢复；重复提交保持幂等，部分写入中断后也能继续完成。
• 只有被最终洞见实际引用的来源版本会被标记为已消费；未引用或内容发生变化的来源仍可参与后续反思。
• Reflection 仅由主 Agent 执行。子 Agent 不会收到 Reflection Run 提示，也不能调用 expmem_reflect 抢占任务。
• 整个流程继续复用当前 Agent，不需要后台 Worker、第二次模型调用或新的运行时依赖。

English

DSH ExpMem v0.5.0 is available.

This release turns the prompt-driven reflection introduced in v0.4.0 into a durable, recoverable workflow:

• Importance pressure creates a file-backed Reflection Run with pending → prepared → completed states.
• The main Agent first proposes 1–3 salient questions, then ExpMem retrieves evidence for each question using recency, importance, and relevance.
• Committed insights are written back to the Archive as candidate memories with explicit source citations.
• Runs survive process restarts and resume on later turns. Commits are idempotent and recover safely from partial writes.
• Only source revisions actually cited by committed insights are consumed; uncited or changed sources remain eligible for future reflection.
• Reflection authority is restricted to the main Agent. Subagents neither receive Reflection Run notices nor execute expmem_reflect.
• The workflow still uses the current Agent, with no background worker, second model call, or new runtime dependency.
