【bug】执行任务时间一长，npx容易后台崩溃退出，但webui还假装活着

跑了一个全代码仓库的review，dsh开了9个agent子任务审核，跑到第8分钟左右，npx退出了，但是前端webui的计时还在跑，时间还在走，点击和刷新都没反应哈。
今天已经出现了两次了

我们也遇到过长任务（50 步工具链）的稳定性问题，分享两个排查方向：

1. npx 包装进程 vs 实际服务进程：npx 会 spawn 真正的 dsh 进程，父进程退出时子进程可能变孤儿或被杀——长任务建议用 npm i -g @deepseek-ai/dsh 后直接 dsh web，绕开 npx 这层。
2. 长任务本身：几十步工具链会积累上下文与 token，建议配合 reasoning_effort: low（工具轮次）+ 检查 Web 前端是否有内存泄漏迹象（我们实测 50 步任务 LLM 耗时 10m+，进程内存会显著上涨）。

Not only npx will encounter this problem.

I install globally, but I get similar problem.

npm i -g @deepseek-ai/dsh --ignore-scripts --registry=https://registry.npmjs.org

1、dsh web
2、make some dialog in webUI，sush as what't the weather in BJ.
3、the dsh break, and then I will get:

The tool call was interrupted after it was recorded, but no result was durably recorded. Its outcome is unknow
