这个现象有解，先说结论：模型卡在"说要调用工具→调用失败→把失败结果塞回上下文→再试"的循环里，而 harness 的回合步数循环没有上限（这正是社区已追踪的 #2821），所以没有任何东西会主动停下来。日志里反复出现的 "Let me place the repair edit now — Now. Go." 就是模型在"承诺要发工具调用"却一直失败重试的典型形态。

为什么会这样（对照源码）

ReactLoopAgent.step()（packages/core/agent-loop/src/agent.ts:393-394）：模型如果只输出文字、不带 tool-call，回合会正常结束。所以你的循环说明每一轮模型确实发了 tool-call，但工具执行失败了，而 executeToolCalls（:395-398）会把失败结果 splice 回 inbox.nextStep 作为下一轮的输入——模型看到错误后再次"承诺修复"→ 再次调用 → 再次失败 → 无限循环。

最可能的两个失败原因（按概率排序）

1. 工具名被清空（wire 家族 Streamed tool calls lose name/id against OpenAI-compatible servers that send explicit nulls (SGLang) — every call fails as UNKNOWN_TOOL #1713/[Bug] Tool-call name dropped when gateway streams explicit "null" name deltas (dsh-llm-deepseek) #2997）：如果你用了 OpenAI 兼容网关（比如 opencode.ai / SGLang 这类 baseURL），网关在流式续增量里发 "name": null / "id": null，translate 层的 !== undefined 判断会让 null 覆盖首增量捕获的工具名 → 工具层报 Error: unknown tool "" → 每次都失败。判别：看会话日志里 tool/result 的错误信息是否是 unknown tool "" 或空 name；或者临时换回官方 api.deepseek.com 试试（官方 API 省略 null，症状消失即坐实）。
2. 工具执行器崩溃（All tool calls fail with `Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'prepare')` after installing third-party profile plugins — duplicate dsh-tools module instance splits `TOOL_RUNTIME_SCHEDULER` ｜ 安装第三方 profile 插件后所有工具调用报错：dsh-tools 模块双实例导致 Symbol 分裂 #2660 'prepare'）：Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'prepare') 会让回合以 error 收尾；在 WSL/源码部署下如果子进程/sandbox 环境有问题也常见。

现在能做的缓解（不用等修复）

• 直接结束进程（Ctrl+C 或 kill），开新会话——循环不会自己停。
• 换模型/降 reasoning：deepseek-v4-flash + 高 reasoningEffort 在这种"自我承诺"场景容易陷入退化循环；换 deepseek-v4-pro 或把 reasoningEffort 调低通常立刻缓解。
• 换回官方 API：排除 name:null 网关毒径（上面第 1 条）。
• 升级到 rc.7：如果你在更老的 rc 版本，先升（rc.7 修了 wire 家族的大部分问题；name:null 类的 translate 守卫仍在修）。
