I built an independent, browser-only Install Doctor for DeepSeek Harness operators:

• it does not upload or store commands, logs, paths, credentials, or configuration
• it never asks users to paste secrets
• it prefers isolated-cache and read-only evidence probes before state-changing recovery
• it does not bypass enterprise registry or security policy
