rc.8 resolves older pi-ai catalog than rc.7, causing GLM-5.3 to disappear from OpenCode Go

Summary

After upgrading DeepSeek Harness from 0.1.0-rc.7 to 0.1.0-rc.8, the opencode-go model list regressed: GLM-5.3 disappeared from the model selector.

I isolated the issue to the resolved @earendil-works/pi-ai version used by each DSH installation.

Environment

• macOS
• Node.js v24.18.0
• DSH 0.1.0-rc.7 and 0.1.0-rc.8
• Provider: opencode-go

Observed dependency difference

Using the local npx caches:

DSH 0.1.0-rc.7 -> @earendil-works/pi-ai 0.84.2
DSH 0.1.0-rc.8 -> @earendil-works/pi-ai 0.82.1

The rc.8 pin of @earendil-works/pi-ai to 0.82.1 (rc.7 had 0.84.2) is the same catalog lag as #3397 / #1705: OpenCode Go’s GLM-5.3 / Qwen3.8 Max never make it into DSH’s built-in selector.

You don’t have to wait for a DSH catalog bump. The community provider that tracks the current OpenCode Go table works on rc.8:

Restart, with OPENCODE_API_KEY set. #3397 confirmed glm-5.3 and qwen3.8-max show up in a clean profile. Overriding @earendil-works/pi-ai@0.84.2 on top of rc.8 is more brittle than this overlay.
