[Bug] Windows PTC/Code Mode (run_code) cannot spawn any subprocess — bash/glob/grep fail with 0xC0000142

环境

• OS: Windows 10 x64
• DSH: @deepseek-ai/dsh 0.1.1-rc.1（web / CLI 宿主，非 Desktop/Electron）
• Node: v24.19.0
• Session sandbox: workspace-write
• Preset: anchored/liangshen 晋升后；同样影响内置 code (PTC) 预设

现象

晋升到 Code Mode (PTC) 后，在 run_code 内调用 bash / glob / grep 全部失败：

• bash: exit code: 3221225794 (no output)
• glob: glob search failed (exit 3221225794)
• grep: grep search failed (exit 3221225794)

同一台机器上 standard 模式（native 直连）bash/glob/grep 正常；阶段1直接调用 bash 也正常。

最小复现

在 run_code 程序内直接 spawn 任意子进程（cmd.exe / node.exe / Git Bash 均已复现；glob/grep 的 ripgrep 同样崩）：

read / write / edit / str_replace_editor（不 spawn 子进程）正常。

已排除

• 不是命令/路径问题（cmd.exe、node.exe 一样崩）
• 不是环境变量问题（完整 SystemRoot/PATH/ComSpec 均试过）
• 不是 cwd 问题（C:\Windows、G:\PythonProject、C:\ 均试过）
• 不是 spawn 方式问题（spawnSync / execFileSync / shell:true 均崩）
• 即使开一个带完整环境的新 worker 再 spawn，仍为 0xC0000142

官方仓库 Issues 已禁用，故在此 Discussion 提交；以下为 Desktop 分支已报告的同签名问题，供上游关联确认：

疑点

本机为 Web/CLI 宿主（非 Electron/Desktop），现象与上述 Desktop 报告完全一致。请问这是否就是 dsh-sandbox-windows-acl 受限令牌兼容性问题？是否有 Web/CLI 宿主（非 Electron）下的修复或 workaround？

期望

1. 确认是否同一根因；
2. 给出 Web 宿主下的修复或明确 workaround（Generated word-boundary regex contains backspace characters, so referencedTypes is always empty #439 验证 danger-full-access 可绕过受限令牌）；
3. 至少在受限模式下把裸 0xC0000142 转成可读错误/诊断提示，而不是静默崩溃。

这个现象和 dsh-win32 已覆盖的持久 shell 路径相邻，但不是同一个修复面。

run_code 内部的 Node 进程再次 spawn 子进程，受限令牌下仍会返回 0xC0000142。dsh-win32 不会让 run_code、glob 或 grep 恢复。

如果目标只是继续在 workspace-write 下执行持久 shell 命令，可以绕开 PTC 的二次 spawn 路径。

然后选择 Minimal (Windows, sandboxed)。这个预设使用 busybox-w32，在当前版本中即使没有 Git Bash 也能安装。它提供受限令牌下的持久 shell，但不会修复 PTC 本身。
