Electron App, Ox Alpha Free model (OpenRouter), and more

I wanted to share my for of dsh. I have electron working, added Ox Alpha model to the list since it is free right now, made searching though the model dropdown easy just the in the model or provider, DeepSeek no longer the default and will no long do DeepSeek onboarding, Add Local Ollama as a provider to make it easy to test local models, more to come.

The launch the web version (same as before):
pnpm install
pnpm build
pnpm dsh web

The launch the desktop version:
pnpm install
pnpm build
pnpm dsh desktop

tried it with ollama and worked though i wont use ollama for any projects still nice to test models

Make sure everyone uses the free model while it last, it was the one that did all the changes to this harness. It is amazing
