Confirmed on Windows with Node.js v24.19.0 after pulling latest master.
pnpm run clean, followed by reinstall/build, fixed the 7 MISSING_EXPORT errors for me.

The handbook install guide now includes a source-build missing-export triage for agent-presets/api-remotes: preserve the exact commit and toolchain, run pnpm install --frozen-lockfile, and do not copy lib output or add ad-hoc re-exports.
