Showcase: dsh-auto-review - second-model approval for DeepSeek Harness

What it does: a read-only reviewer subagent answers the DSH approval chain - a second model reads the evidence of each sandbox-crossing action and returns a structured allow / deny / ask verdict with a reason, fail-closed by default and fully auditable from the session log.
