新版本本地安装要提取安装好git了吗 这个怎么解决

看你截图，这是 源码构建路径，不是 npx 装包路径。

pnpm run build → scripts/build.ts → client-build-environment.ts 会跑 git rev-parse HEAD，把 commit hash 嵌进构建产物。本机没装 Git，或 Git 不在 PATH 里，就会 spawnSync git ENOENT。

修法（Windows）：

1. 安装 Git for Windows：https://git-scm.com/download/win
   或：winget install Git.Git

2. 新开 PowerShell，确认：
   git --version where git

3. 回到仓库根目录（你这边是 deepseek-harness-dsh-v0.1.2-alpha.2）：
   corepack enable pnpm install pnpm run build

注意：

• 若是 zip 解压 下来的源码、没有 .git 目录，即使装了 Git，rev-parse HEAD 也可能失败。应用 git clone 拉仓库，或确认解压包带完整 .git。
• 若只是 用 DSH、不改源码，不必走 build：直接 npx @deepseek-ai/dsh web，一般 不需要 Git。

官方 development guide 把 Git 2.26+ 列为源码开发 prerequisite；pnpm install 的 lefthook 也会用到 git。

装完 Git 后若还有报错，贴 git --version 和 Test-Path .git 的结果。

需要 git 在 PATH 上（新版安装器会实际克隆 git 依赖，尤其是 github: 通道）。读 README 里的 npx @deepseek-ai/dsh 行会用到 git；如果报「找不到命令」或「不是 GitHub 仓库」，多半是 git 不在 PATH：

1. 验证：git rev-parse HEAD 能出 sha——再 git --version 确认；
2. 走 git 通道：dsh plugin --profile <p> add github:owner/repo 走 pnpm 与 git 协议，Windows 上 git 必须装好且在 PATH；
3. 装了原生依赖的包要跑 pnpm approve-builds（allowBuilds）——dsh CLI 会打印建议，照做即可。
