Rewrite shipped preset picker copy for product users

The Web mode picker currently names tools and SDKs (str_replace_editor, Code Mode SDK, TypeScript, PTC) instead of saying what each mode is for. A few of the names also point people at the wrong job.

Upstream has pull requests disabled, so here is a fork branch plus a compare link:

What looks wrong today

1. Chinese PTC 模式 vs English Code mode. PTC is unexplained, and it does not match the preset id code or the public site.
2. Translating Code mode as 代码模式 would sit next to 标准模式 and read as "the mode for writing code" — but Standard mode is already the coding assistant.
3. 极简模式 reads as a beginner or easier choice. It is a two-tool runtime for measuring the model.
4. 创造模式 reads as a more imaginative chat. It is the path for authoring a custom assistant.
5. Descriptions list internal machinery instead of when to pick the mode.

Proposed picker copy

标准模式 / Standard mode	日常写代码、改文件、查资料的完整助手。不确定选哪个时，用这个。 / Everyday coding assistant for files, commands, web search, planning, and splitting work. Start here if you are unsure.
高效模式 / Code mode	能力和标准模式相同，一次能连续做完多步。步骤多或能并行时通常更快、更省用量。 / Same abilities as Standard mode, but finishes several steps in one go. Better when the work has many steps or can run in parallel.
极简模式 / Minimal mode	只保留终端和改文件，用来评测模型。没有搜索、计划或分工，日常请选标准模式。 / Only a terminal and file editor, for measuring the model. Everyday work belongs in Standard mode.
创造模式 / Creator mode	用来自制一套助手。能力和标准模式相同，还能查看运行环境、试插件，并按指引写出新配置。 / For building your own assistant. Same abilities as Standard mode, plus inspecting the live runtime, trying plugins, and a walkthrough for writing a new configuration.

Preset ids, compositions, and English display names are unchanged. Chinese Code-mode display text is 高效模式 on purpose, so it is not read as "write code". The settings intro and specialist CLI docs that name bash / str_replace_editor as a composition contract are left alone.

Happy to adjust wording if maintainers want a different Chinese name for Code mode, or if Minimal / Creator should be renamed rather than only re-described.
