我之前有遇到类似问题，基本以下三个步骤解决，你可以按照你的实际情况试试
1.尝试删除node_modules 重新安装
2.尝试清理pnpm未引用缓存 pnpm prune 或者删除 pnpm store path 对应位置的数据（这个需要小心，删除后数据要重新下载）
3.删除当前仓库代码重新从git拉取安装编译（我一般这一步基本能解决）

但是最新的commit 在源码pnpm dsh --profile web 启动时会遇到一个问题，如果正常启动后在会话里面提问一旦对话调用了工具会导致会话损坏。问题详情看 #6967

pnpm clean 可以解决

BTW 这个向下兼容真是让人槽点满满。。。
