这个 Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'prepare') 已有集中诊断和完整方案：见 #7011 汇总回复。

目前确认的共同机制是 @deepseek-ai/dsh-tools 被加载/求值两次，而 scheduler 使用模块私有 Symbol(...)，导致注册端与调用端的键不相同。常见触发源包括：

• 0.1.6-alpha.2 的 pnpm dsh / pnpm dsh web 同时加载 src 与 lib；
• profile 内安装了另一份或另一版本的核心包；
• Web HMR 后旧 service 实例与新模块共存。

源码 checkout 可暂时改用 node apps/cli/lib/bin.js web；安装版应检查 profile 的 node_modules/@deepseek-ai/dsh-tools 是否遮蔽了安装目录副本。修复并重启后建议新建会话，因为已经崩溃的会话可能留下没有 tool/result 的 tool/call。完整上游补丁与验证项见链接。
