[Show and tell] Harness Desktop — Windows client with themes for the official Web UI

做了一个面向 Windows 的社区桌面客户端：Harness Desktop。桌面壳只负责安装、启动、更新和外观扩展，工作台继续直接使用官方 DeepSeek Harness Web UI，不维护第二套会话、工作区、模型、权限或插件界面。

v0.9.0-rc.4 已发布：

• 纯简体中文安装版和单文件便携版；
• 自动启动固定版本的官方 @deepseek-ai/dsh Runtime；
• 在官方“设置”中加入外观皮肤，包含开源配色、Deep Whale 女仆工坊皮肤和自定义颜色/背景图；
• 双击主题卡片即可应用，选择保存在桌面壳用户数据中，官方 Harness 核心更新或重启后会重新注入，不修改上游文件；
• 修复设置栏被挤压、窗口按钮遮挡和“打开配置文件”不可用；
• 从 GitHub Releases 下载桌面更新，并在启动安装前强制校验 SHA-256。

当前固定的 Harness 核心版本是 0.1.0-rc.6。主题属于桌面壳扩展，不会被官方核心更新覆盖。Deep Whale 图片单独采用 CC BY-NC-SA 4.0，仅限非商业用途；其他来源和署名见仓库 THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md。

发布包不包含 API Key、.dsh 用户数据、settings.yaml 或桌面状态文件。模型和密钥仍由官方 Harness 设置管理。

这是社区维护项目，不是 DeepSeek 官方应用，也不代表官方背书。

Harness Desktop is a community-maintained Windows client that launches the official DeepSeek Harness Web UI. v0.9.0-rc.4 adds themes inside the official settings, including open-source palettes, a custom theme editor, and the separately licensed non-commercial Deep Whale skin. Theme state belongs to the desktop shell and is re-injected after Harness core updates without modifying upstream files.

rc.4 同时修复了 Windows 无边框窗口顶部拖动区域过窄的问题，现在可以从窗口顶部正常拖动桌面端。

rc.4 also restores the full Windows title drag region, so the frameless desktop window can be moved normally.
