[Bug][Windows] "Open folder" spawns explorer.exe but does not open the directory (dsh-v0.1.7-rc.2)

Description

When I click the button that opens the workspace/session folder in File Explorer (explorer.exe), a new explorer.exe process is spawned - it appears in Task Manager - but the directory itself is not opened. No File Explorer window with the target folder appears, so nothing visible happens.

Steps to reproduce

1. Clone the repository: git clone https://github.com/deepseek-ai/deepseek-harness.git
2. Enter the project directory: cd deepseek-harness
3. Install dependencies: pnpm install
4. Build the project: pnpm run build
5. Launch the web app: pnpm dsh web
6. After the app starts, open a session and click the "Open folder" button that opens the folder in File Explorer.
7. Observe: a new explorer.exe process appears in Task Manager, but the folder is not opened/displayed.

Expected behavior

The target directory should open in Windows File Explorer.

Actual behavior

A new explorer.exe process is spawned, but the directory is not opened; no Explorer window shows the folder.

这是共享的 execFile 封装，revealNativePath / openNativePath（"显示文件位置"与"打开文件夹"）都走它。而**#7842 的提问者已经跑完了 A/B 并定案**（#7842）：

• 最小复现层：同一命令行、同一 URL，唯一变量 windowsHide——hide=true 不弹窗，去掉立即弹窗；
• 真实 runner 层：在 0.1.7-rc.2 的实机构建里把该行改成"仅对 explorer.exe 放行"——Explorer 窗口正常弹出并选中目标文件。

⇒ 你这条"explorer.exe 起来了但目录没打开"是同一机制的另一个表现：进程确实被创建（你在任务管理器里看到了），但窗口被 SW_HIDE 抑制，所以"什么都没发生"。建议你把这条并到 #7842 去（或至少交叉引用），而不是单开一条——因为一次修法应当同时覆盖"显示文件位置"和"打开文件夹"，分成两条反而容易被各修一半。

2. 为什么你的证据很关键（补上 #7842 缺的一块）

#7842 验的是 reveal 路径（explorer.exe /select,）。你这条是 open folder 路径（explorer.exe <dir>）——同 runner、同一条 windowsHide，所以你的实测把"这是 runner 级而非某个入口级的问题"补齐了。请在正文里明确写出"进程被创建但窗口不显示"这一点（任务管理器证据很直接）。

如果方便，做一次与 #7842 同形的 A/B：把该行对 explorer.exe 放行后再点一次"打开文件夹"——若目录正常打开，你的现象与他的就是同一个，两条可合并为一条"runner 级 windowsHide 抑制 Explorer 窗口"。
