Scrolling bug

Scroll chaining in the prompt input: when the text in the input box is longer than the box and you scroll through it with the mouse wheel or touchpad, the scroll doesn't stop at the edges of the text. Once you reach the top of the prompt while scrolling up, any further scrolling moves the conversation instead, and you start going back through earlier messages. Scrolling down works the same way: after the end of the prompt, the message list keeps moving. Because of this, it's easy to lose your place in the conversation while you're only trying to read or edit a long prompt.
