[Bug][2.0.15-next] sidebar.footer.action is a row flex with a display:contents anchor — multiple launchers crush each other (Desktop-only workaround exists)

症状（浏览器页侧边栏底部）

费用卡被压成窄条、内部出现横向滚动条；移动访问 / 上下文洞察 / 远程控制 三个启动器挤到同一行、标签全部变成「移…上…远…」省略号。桌面窗口里同样的四个占用者是正常竖排。

根因

1. 槽锚点是 display:contents —— 它自己不参与布局，槽内每个占用者被直接摊成父容器的兄弟节点：

2. 而该槽的父容器是行向 flex：

3. 于是四个都想占满整行的启动器成了同一行的 flex 兄弟、被一起压缩（各约 1/4 行宽），谁都显示不全。上游实际假设了"该槽只有一个启动器"。

上游其实已经知道这件事

dsh-desktop-next 自己的客户端 bundle 里带了一段专门修这个的样式，注释写得很直白：

Upstream renders sidebar.footer.action as a display: contents anchor inside a row flex container, so several registered launchers become flex siblings on one line and crush each other. Desktop stacks them instead.

但安装点被桌面门挡住（resources/app/lib/client.js）：ctx.effect(installSidebarFooterStyles, …) 原本写在 if (window.desktopNext) { … } 内部。桌面窗口有 window.desktopNext，普通浏览器页没有（resources/app/cordis.patch.yml 把 dsh-desktop-next 作为插件插进 Host，所以 bundle 在浏览器页照样加载，只是走不到那行）→ 浏览器页退回上游互挤版布局。

期望行为

把"竖向堆叠"提升为槽的通用行为，而不是 Desktop 专属：

或者由槽机制本身提供保证：当某槽被"整行"占用者注册多个时自动堆叠 / 换行（flex-wrap + flex-basis:100%），而不是把矛盾留给每个占用者。注意折叠态（rail）也要一起看：.x-Wl6W_collapsed .x-Wl6W_footerActions{justify-content:center;width:auto} 仍应覆盖。

本机绕过

把 installSidebarFooterStyles() 的调用移出 if (window.desktopNext)（函数自带 STYLE_ID 去重，不会重复安装），桌面端表现不变。详见 resources/app/lib/client.js，锚点注释 // DSH NEXT local patch: install for every client, not only the desktop window.

上游仓库对应位置（master @ 477b4f4，都仍在）

  注释写的是"additive actions stack"，但容器是行向 flex —— 注释与实现不一致，正好是这条 bug 的注脚。

• 桌面壳的 workaround（installSidebarFooterStyles）只在打包版 resources/app/lib/client.js 里；
  其源注释指向 dsh-plugin-desktop-beta/src/client/sidebar-footer-styles.ts，未出现在本仓库 master。
