我的情况是 "C:\Users\Administrator\..dsh\sessions\xxxx\xxx\session.v3.jsonl" uses .jsonl, but this backend is configured for compression "zstd"; use a separate root or select the matching compression mode
因为我之前把一个 session 的 .zstd 文件解压出来看了，删了就行了。

找到一种解决方法，找到你的工作区上级.dsh这个文件夹，一般默认在c盘users目录里，不过出现工作区错误你很大可能改路径了，你去找最后改路径指向的最后一个.dsh文件夹，删掉然后重启dsh，这时候dsh会变白板，你之前所有个人设置全清0了，这时在某个新建文件夹里复制一份你原来.dsh文件夹的备份，让现在这个”全新人格““无知”的ds读取一下，然后让他修复一下
