有bug, 还是说文档描述不准确? 添加tui plugin失败了

报错是 git ls-remote 404——github:deepseek-harness/turtle-ui 这个仓库不存在（deepseek-harness 官方 org 下没有 turtle-ui），所以插件源解析不到。

排查：

1. 确认插件作者的实际仓库地址（社区 TUI 插件叫 deepseek-harness-tui 的较多，见讨论区 deepseek-harness-tui: 终端原生交互式聊天 TUI（dsh 插件） #391/不支持cli 和 tui 那咱们就手搓一个吧 #132）
2. 官方暂不收 PR，插件一般在作者个人仓库，用 github:作者名/仓库名 的格式
3. 或者 dsh plugin add 换成 npm 包名/本地路径

已定位根因：dsh plugin add github:<owner>/<repo> 失败时，DSH 在任何 pnpm 非零退出后都会打印一条固定的 allowBuilds 提示（"git-hosted plugins build on install via their prepare script, which pnpm blocks until all… 完整源码定位与修复方案见 #874 。
