MyWork：用 DSH 插件做的 Personal Agent —— 每件长期的事交给一位“AI 同事”

MyWork 把 DSH 改成一个 Personal Agent：不是开一个个对话，而是配“同事”。一位同事负责一件长期的事，有自己的一条对话、文件夹、记忆（AGENTS.md）和例行任务；它在后台干活，干完交一份文件回到同一条对话里。

• 一句话配一位同事：MyWork 从一组从业者公开写过的工作方法里挑最接近的一种来配（Karpathy 的 LLM Wiki / autoresearch、Simon Willison、Hamel Husain、苏剑林等）。每种做法是一个文件夹（playbook.json + duty.md + seed/），加一种同事不用写代码。
• 第二会话核验：每份交付由另一个只读会话对照工具记录和素材检查，结果写在交付下面（“已核验 · 核对 14” / “核验发现 3 处”）。
• 只在四种情况打扰你：缺关键信息、需要你拍板、有后果的动作、需要登录或扫码；盯变化的例行没变化就不出声。
• 真 Chrome：右栏是同事正在看的网页的实时画面，随时接管；不用 iframe。
• 手机：扫码配对，经端到端加密中继连回自己的电脑（中继只转发密文），有 Android App 和网页版。

与 DSH 的集成方式

一行 DSH 源码没改，全部是插件（cordis 服务 + 客户端插槽），装在 web profile 里：

验证范围

• 已在 DSH 0.2.0-rc.2 上运行验证：全新 profile 安装、侧栏与设置页、同事会话（每位同事注册自己的 agent preset，重启后自动恢复）、带工具调用的完整对话轮次。社区成员中 dsh-mermaid-render 目前只声明支持 0.1.x，安装脚本会跳过它；macOS 上验证，Windows 未在 0.2 上重测。
• 从 0.1.6-alpha.2 升级的已有数据：6 位同事、8 个例行、历史会话都在 0.2 上直接恢复，例行照常运行。
• 预览版：桌面安装包还是第一版；一位同事同一时间只做一件事；同事共用一个 Chrome。
• 欢迎在 issue 里反馈实际 DSH 版本和兼容性问题。

MyWork turns DSH into a personal agent made of "teammates": each teammate owns one long-running job, with its own single thread, folder, memory (AGENTS.md) and routines. It works in the background and hands back a file in the same thread.

• Teammates are generated from practitioners' published workflows (Karpathy's LLM Wiki and autoresearch, Simon Willison, Hamel Husain…); each workflow is a folder (playbook.json, duty.md, seed/) — adding one needs no code.
• Every deliverable is checked by a second read-only session against the tool log and sources.
• It interrupts you only for missing key facts, decisions, consequential actions, or sign-ins.
• A real local Chrome (live view, take over any time), and a phone client paired through an end-to-end encrypted relay.

DSH integration: no DSH source changes — everything is cordis plugins and client slots in the web profile (table above). Try it with bash scripts/dev-env.sh (Node ≥ 24, pnpm, a DeepSeek API key; isolated from ~/.dsh).

Verified on DSH 0.2.0-rc.2: fresh profile install, sidebar and settings, teammate sessions (each teammate registers its own agent preset, restored on restart) and full turns with tool calls. Of the bundled community members, dsh-mermaid-render still declares 0.1.x only and is skipped by the installer; tested on macOS, Windows not re-tested on 0.2. An existing 0.1.6-alpha.2 install (6 teammates, 8 routines, their sessions) carried over and kept running. Preview quality; feedback and compatibility reports welcome.
