Internal notes for people hacking on claude-box itself (not needed to use the template):

• SESSION-CONTINUITY — compact snapshot to resume work across sessions: repo/CI state, local env quirks, the live-box transition plan, and open threads.
• TRANSITION-CONTEXT — the plan for migrating the maintainer's own box onto the published module (pin, /etc/nixos/configuration.nix edits, reconnect/rollback).
