Notes for people hacking on claude-box itself (not needed to use the template):

• TRANSITION-CONTEXT — plan for migrating the maintainer's own box onto the published module (pin, /etc/nixos/configuration.nix edits, reconnect, rollback).
• Development — working on claude-box from the box: tool-subshell env quirks + CI workflow tips.

Live, in-flight state (unresolved work) is kept in a local, un-committed SESSION-CONTINUITY.md on the maintainer's box, not here — it goes stale too fast to be worth publishing.
