Summary
Update all ancillary framework documents for the vBRIEF-centric document model introduced in RFC #309. Story D (#313) covers main.md and AGENTS.md; this story covers everything else.
Tier 2 -- depends on Story A (#310).
Scope
Core reference docs
- REFERENCES.md -- heavy rewrite: new file taxonomy (lifecycle folders, scope vBRIEFs, PROJECT-DEFINITION), updated loading scenarios and reference chains, removal of specification.vbrief.json / PROJECT.md references
- README.md -- skill names (deft-* -> deft-directive-*), directory structure, workflow references
- CONTRIBUTING.md -- process and skill name references
Workflow docs
- commands.md -- change lifecycle references updated for scope vBRIEF model
- strategies/interview.md -- spec generation flow now produces scope vBRIEFs, not specification.vbrief.json + SPECIFICATION.md
- strategies/map.md -- references to old document model
- strategies/speckit.md -- references to old document model
- templates/make-spec.md -- spec generation template rewritten for scope vBRIEFs
Context and resilience docs
- context/working-memory.md -- plan.vbrief.json + scope vBRIEF relationship (D15)
- resilience/continue-here.md -- continue.vbrief.json + scope vBRIEF relationship (D15)
- context/long-horizon.md -- multi-session patterns updated for lifecycle folders
Tool config
- .greptile/ config -- file path references if present
Acceptance Criteria
- All files above updated to reference the new vBRIEF-centric model
- No remaining references to specification.vbrief.json as singular spec source (except in deprecation context)
- No remaining references to PROJECT.md as project config (except in deprecation context)
- All deft-* skill name references updated to deft-directive-*
- ask check passes
