The download-ligandmpnn-weights command was referenced in the installation instructions but was never implemented. Updated to instruct users to clone the repo and run the download_weights.sh script directly instead.
- Add weights.py module with functions to check and download model weights - Integrate weight download into CLI startup (before pipeline runs) - Update README to reflect automatic weight downloading - Remove manual download instructions from installation section
