OMNIA Must Support R7715 Boot

Describe the bug
We are experiencing issues booting R7715 nodes via PXE. Customer is insistent that OMNIA boot R7715 nodes.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Define node in Omnia
2. Boot node
3. Node will initially begin PXE boot but then fail during boot

Expected behavior
The node is expected to boot through PXE installation without issue.

We are going to fix this issue in Omnia 2.2, we have already made changes to ipxe on OpenCHAMI.

Fixed it as part of the PR #4375. Changes are available in pub/q2_dev branch now and will be available in next omnia 2.2 release
