Implemented safeguards to block execution of other Omnia playbooks (prepare_oim.yml, local_repo.yml, build_image_x86_64.yml, build_image_aarch64.yml, discovery.yml, oim_cleanup.yml and get_config_credentials.yml) when the upgrade flow was not initiated completely. Also made a change in logic to copy default input files.
