Fix MPU URI join for trailing output paths

Summary

• fix HTTP data URI joining when item-output-path ends with / and item names are bare
• keep MPU init, part upload, complete, and abort requests on the same object URI
• add regression coverage for the direct HTTP join and S3 MPU lifecycle
