- size of fiducial and poi can be chosen
- super z algorithm runs maximum 3 times per target
- colorblind friendly new icons
- interpolation of z stacks is time efficient
- FM stream is always the first one in the list for multipoint correlation due to which all the FM streams can be displayed during the correlation
