CodeSnip Portable creating unused UserData directory.

When CodeSnip portable starts up it creates the AppData and UserData directories, but doesn't ever use the UserData one.

Remove the code that creates it?

On investigation, that UserData directory is there as a default location for any export files / backup files the user creates. It's there to stop the user scribbling all over the AppData directory which is meant to be used by CodeSnip itself.

In conclusion this empty folder has a logical purpose, so it stays!
