This creates a
YieldSourceIdthat is strongly typed, avoids circular dependencies in appconfig, and can be used in consumer code without the type getting lost, as we found to be the case when using declaration merging withtsup.While here I also added a
findYieldSourceselector to centralize the way we lookup this info in appconfig. This will make it easy to restructure appconfig as needed without needing to update all the consumers.
