Default value for parameter

Sometimes you want to override a parameter value. 

Common example is when running Docker, you may want to use `latest` version by default but sometimes, you need to use a specific version

**Additional context**
Maybe a way could be to have it in the syntax : `<version:1.0.0>` in the command description
