Sticky Elements JS

Using our native Drupal Module (https://github.com/dennisinteractive/sticky_elements) and the context settings derived from sticky_elements at site level. This module provides the javascript that hooks into these elements and adds the logic to track their start position, end position and reset position, based on Time, Offset and Boundary Element values.
