feat: add video pipeline blips and update edit-mind article
Add FireRed-OpenStoryline (Tools/Assess/inner), ultralytics (Languages/Trial/inner),
and deepface (Languages/Assess/inner) as blips #270-272. Update edit-mind article
with confirmed custom license, integration gap (no export API, PostgreSQL/ChromaDB
internal), and pre-production status from live source review.
