This release brings CheevoPresence to macOS and restructures the app into a shared multiplatform desktop architecture!

• Added native macOS support alongside the existing Windows build
• Reworked the app into shared core, runtime, platform, and shell layers to support future platform-specific improvements

added the option to Hide your Achievement Count (it will only display Hardcore or Softcore)
