Fixes Issue

jeremylong/DependencyCheck#6304

Description of Change

Use "2.0" as default CvssV2Data version instead of null.

Have test cases been added to cover the new functionality?

I'm inferring the milestone is wrong here, as ODC 9.0.9 was released Jan 17? Should this be 9.0.10?
