This PR improves the styling of the dashboard.

  • fixed an issue that happens when the screen is very small (the sidebar would take up the entire screen)
  • added an identifying icon for all "external" links in the sidebar
  • fixed the "section" sidebar type, so that it works no matter where you click it
  • reduced the left padding of items under a sidebar "section"
