Issue with grunt-cli 0.1.7

Geting the following error, when including deployed from npm.

version 0.1.7 was just released 4 days ago, https://npmjs.org/package/grunt-cli. This error seems to have started today when I updated using npm-install

Do you have a node_modules/grunt-cli in your project without an actual module inside?

I do have node_modules/grunt-cli in my project buts it not empty. However, I have grunt-cli installed globally with npm install -g grunt-cli. Interestingly deleting the folder dpd runs fine...

@ritch was there an explanation or resolution for this? I'm having a similar problem with grunt-recess. The module is there and it works fine for my grunt build, but for some reason that module being present in my node_modules directory makes dpd choke (both installed mac version or local npm version with custom run script). If I delete the grunt-recess directory in node_modules then dpd will run, but I need that module for my apps build.

same issue here - any locally installed grunt modules cause dpd to throw errors.
Is a workaround to simply install all grunt tasks globally?

In my opinion, dpd should make use of the local package.json to identify required packages rather than loop through every folder under node_modules as it appears to do. By doing this, grunt modules (and others not required at runtime) could be listed under the devDependencies and therefore ignored by dpd.
