Fix pywhispercpp on desktop

pywhispercpp runs fine on Minisforum but would be convenient to have it on Desktop.

Basic install can't find GPU.

Update CUDA and build with:

GGML_CUDA=1 pip install git+https://github.com/absadiki/pywhispercpp

Build seems to work OK but at run time get:

Version incompatibiity?

Try to use Vulkan:

GGML_VULKAN=1 pip install git+https://github.com/absadiki/pywhispercpp

but build fails with:

Could NOT find Vulkan (missing: glslc) (found version "1.3.275")

Install vulkan SDK using https://vulkan.lunarg.com/doc/sdk/latest/linux/getting_started.html copying resources to system.

Still fails

Copy glslc from SDK/bin to /usr/local/bin. Fails at later step.

Use setup-env.sh from the SDK to point to unpacked SDK.

Worked!
