Hashtopolis future support

Just had an idea, if we implement hashcat cracking into the tool, we could also add different alternatives as for example hashtopolis support, could utilise multiple servers for cracking the same password incerasing cracking speeds.

This is a good idea, good one to add to the growing list of crackers we want to support.

laxdog mentioned they started working on a vault implementation in #25 (reply in thread)

And I just made a persist/vault.py backend so all captures/ reads & writes go through the same interface.

I'll take what laxdog has/had and look at merging it to master.

Vault is live (v hotkey at the Scanner). But no functionality yet, lol. Baby steps, I guess.

I added a VaultTool for Hashcat; tried to make it modular (just add a file to vault/tools/) but .. I didn't really design it with a "fire and forget" tool in mind (like Hashtopolis and WPA-Sec). But the framework (mostly) is there now.
