The Caliber pre-commit hook accumulates new lessons learned by subagents during their work. B.2's subagent (operating in /home/sites/phlex-shared/) produced several lessons applicable to the broader project — clone-empty-repo flow, reflection trick for static-marker class coverage, PHPUnit 10 strict flag awareness, etc. Commit them so B.3 starts on a clean tree.
