Would it theoretically be possible to somehow run the Funsize Edition of the game in this engine?

For those unaware, Funsize is the codename for the iOS/Android release of Carmageddon, still up on both stores.

It's the closest this game got to a recomp/remaster before this.

I doubt it personally, but it would still be interesting to discuss.
The way I see it, if all else fails, the assets can be seamlessly modded in.
